Depeche Mode - Personal Jesus

Reach out touch faith

[Your own personal Jesus
Someone to hear your prayers
Someone who cares
Your own personal Jesus
Someone to hear your prayers
Someone who's there

Feeling unknown
And you're all alone
Flesh and bone
By the telephone
Lift up the receiver
And then you're a believer]

Take second best
Put me to the test
Things on your chest
You need to confess
I will deliver
You know I'm a forgiver

Reach out touch faith X2

[...]

I will deliver
You know I'm a forgiver

Reach out touch faith

Your own personal Jesus

Reach out touch faith X6

Dave Grohl throws fan out of Foo Fighters gig for starting fight

Dave Grohl halted his show last night to throw an unruly fan out of the Foo Fighters' moshpit.
As reported by XFM.com the incident happened last night (July 12) during the free ticketed iTunes gig at London's Roundhouse.

Upon spotting the man Grohl said, “You don't fucking fight at my show you asshole. Let me see him, who's fighting right now? It's that guy in the stripped shirt. Hey motherfucker look at me, get the fuck out of my show right now.”

He concluded, “I don't put up with that bullshit - you people came here to have a good time and that guy can fuck off". The announcement was met with rapturous applause.

Among the crowd for the gig were rock legends Metallica, Seasick Steve and Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page.

Foo Fighters recently headlined T in the Park and are said to be top of Sonisphere organiser Stuart Galbraith's list of headliners for next years festival.

Radiohead - Karma Police

Karma police, arrest this man
He talks in maths
He buzzes like a fridge
He's like a detuned radio

Karma police, arrest this girl
Her Hitler hairdo is
Making me feel ill
And we have crashed her party

This is what you get
This is what you get
This is what you get when you mess with us

Karma police
I've given all I can
It's not enough
I've given all I can
But we're still on the payroll

This is what you get
This is what you get
This is what you get when you mess with us

And for a minute there, I lost myself, I lost myself
Phew, for a minute there, I lost myself, I lost myself

For for a minute there, I lost myself, I lost myself
Phew, for a minute there, I lost myself, I lost myself

Fleet Foxes - Sim Sala Bim

He was so kind, such a gentleman tied to the oceanside
Lighting a match on the suitcase's latch in the fading of night

Ruffle the fur of the collie 'neath the table
Ran out the door through the dark
Carved out his initials in the bark

Then the Earth shook, that was all that it took for the dream to break
All the loose ends would surround me again, in the shape of your face

What makes me love you despite the reservations?
What do I see in your eyes?
Besides my reflection hanging high?

Are you off somewhere reciting incantations?
"Sim Sala Bim!" on your tongue?
Carving off the hair of someone's young?

Remember when you had me cut your hair?
Call me 'Delilah' then, I wouldn't care
