Biffy Clyro say 'Fuck the rain with a big fat cock' at Glastonbury

Biffy Clyro played their first Pyramid Stage show at Glastonbury festival tonight (June 24), and had a stern warning for the weather. "Fuck the rain... with a big fat cock," said frontman Simon Neil before an acoustic version of 'Machines'.

Before the show bassist James Johnston spoke to NME about how the Scottish band had been "panicking" over their set, despite being festival veterans.

"We've played here a few times now, but never on the main stage, so now we're just panicking over what's going to work and what's not going to work," he said. "It's all kick off when we take our tops off... we're basically a rock band and we're really proud to bring a rock show to Glastonbury."
The show was indeed a typically topless affair for all three core band members. Neil flew in the face of the mud and the gloomy weather by sporting a pair of pristine pink Converse sneakers.
Neil sang the intro to Sunday night headliner Beyonce's 'Crazy In Love' during their 14-song set.

Biffy Clyro played:
'The Captain'
'That Golden Rule'
'Glitter & Trauma'
'Born On A Horse'
'God & Satan'
'Who's Got A Match?'
'Shock Shock'
'Know Your Quarry'
'Living Is A Problem'
'Bubbles'
'Machines'
'57'
'Many Of Horror'
'Mountains'
