Clinic



Clinic are a Liverpool based Post-punk revival band noted for their often fast-paced, eclectic sound. Their sound is often distinguished by the prominent use of vintage keyboards/organs and peculiar off-scale chord progressions.

Clinic were formed in 1997 and the members of this band are Ade Blackburn, Brian Campbell, Jonathan Hartley and Carl Turney.

In 1998 the band signed to Domino Records and since 2000 they released six albums: “Internal Wrangler” (2000), “Walking With Thee” (2002), “Winchester Cathedral” (2004), “Visitations” (2006), “Do It!” (2008) and “Bubblegum” (2010).

Clinic are known for wearing surgical masks and costumes on stage and for the singer’s acidic vocals.
