Mumford & Sons told "Rolling Stone" that they have already written six new songs and that they want to test new material on the road, before going to the studio with Markus Dravs, who produced their debut album.
Ben Lovett, keyboardist, also said that they want to finish the album before the end of the year.
The band will be on tour around the US next month. They will tour on a vintage train with Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros and Old Crow Medicine Show.
